Foods that keep you full!?
I know there are articles online that supposedly answer this question, and I know the typical answer is just "protein" or "fat" or "fiber," but I'm interested in personal responses... what individual foods or meals do you find keep you the most satisfied and full feeling for the longest time? Can we get rid of the red numbers when we go over on a macro?
I mean, it's nearly impossible to be under goal on all macros. It's very disconcerting, after a day of eating really well and within calorie budget, to see those glaring red numbers as if we've blown it for the day.

Why can't I edit my goals on my laptop?
