First 2 weeks = 2.4 lbs!
It's a start! Recorded weight in December was 199lbs but when I got back on board again in January I put all the measurements in again, and it was 201.4 on whatever date that was in January. Two weeks later, 2.4 lbs gone, and an even 199.0 on the scale today. I can only imagine if I ate more veggies!! (Or liked more…
