Boot Camp! How do you record it?

Hi strangers!

I'm starting a 3x/wk, 6 week bootcamp program with some pals tonight (eek!).

My question is: if you've done a bootcamp, how have you recorded it in your exercise?

"Boot camp" search doesn't have any results... right now I'm considering labeling it high impact aerobics?
Maybe I will know more when I come out of there this evening

    This: Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort
    or this: Circuit training, general

    I know others that use heart rate monitiors for more accurate numbers but I don't have one. I think these are pretty close though!

    I'm having panic attack about doing a push up later hahaha... I kid I kid.

    Any other people out there who record Boot Camp differently, and if so, how?

    You will be sore after the 1st week but it is addicting!!! I LOVE BOOT CAMP!!! Hopefully I'll be able to sneak a 6 week session in after December 1st :)
