Hello! I've been on WW for years. I've not had a lot of luck losing weight. Who has switched to counting macros over points and had success? Also, I love sweets...help!

I am new! Coming from the WW world where I haven't been successful. I'm looking forward to counting macros and see how I do. Unfortunately my favorite things are carbs and sweets so I need all the suggestions you have for dealing with these things!

Low carb and sugar, high protein meals!
I am really in need of low carb and sugar meals....breakfast and dinner mostly. Just started tracking and found even though I don't eat too much....my carbs and sugar are too high.
