Resting day.workout a little or do nothing.
I have been working out lot lately.I took a day off.I didn't do any exercise today. I don't know if I am doing the right thing or not.Some people told me to do nothing but some people told me to do a light one.I have noticed I got hungrier today.Is it normal?

Is peanut butter good for losing body fat?
I eat too much peanut butter everyday just about.Tsp 4g protein which is easy for me to get lots protein.Does anyone know is peanut butter a good choice for losing body fat and build muscle? I am trying to loose body fat not weight.

Does anyone try to keep their boobs the same size without shrinking them for fat lost?
I know I don't want to loose mine,so I hold them in place with few bras before my work out.Just wonder if anyone else have better idea for this issue? I know it's a silly question.

Does anyone know about fasting diet?
Is it good for long-term weight loss?I read so many articles online said it's good for losing weight but I wonder how can the diet work if your metabolism slow down so much.I can't imaging not eating for 12hours and still have energy to function through out the day.is fasting a fad diet?

Should I eat back work out calories?
I only walk a bit and the app said I am allowed to eat 1000 more calories,seems too much. I am pretty sure I didn't burn that much.
