Hi I've been reading about basal body temperature and how it impacts your metabolism. I'd like to start tracking for weight loss purposes. Has anyone tried this? If so, what are your tips for getting started? I can't find a free app for it, so I guess I need to track the old school way.
Hi. I'm new to the world of diet and exercise. Never had weight issues before, but since COVID, I've gained 15 lbs and no matter how much I try, I can't lose anything. Frustrating:/ I'm tracking my calories, watching my carbs and sugar intake, excerdising daily, drinking more water than ever, but still nothing.
