Hi. I'm new to the world of diet and exercise. Never had weight issues before, but since COVID, I've gained 15 lbs and no matter how much I try, I can't lose anything. Frustrating:/
I'm tracking my calories, watching my carbs and sugar intake, excerdising daily, drinking more water than ever, but still nothing.
