I have the problem where I never seem to eat enough, I should eat 1500cal per day and am lucky if I eat 1000. Now that I am spending 30 to 40 minutes a day on the treadmill it's just gotten worse. Is there any foods that are higher in calories that might help? I don't eat very big portions of anything.
I have seen my waist expand from 30" to 34" with a gain of 12kg, so I think it's about time to track everything I eat and drink. I'm a bored snacker, so that is the first thing to go. I hope to lose enough to look better at the beach in 2024.
