How to prolong sleep?
I know I need more sleep. I am tired. I usually go to sleep around 11 and then my body wakes me up at 6. Since I have been waking at 6 whether I want to or not, I figured I probably need to go to bed earlier. I went to bed at 10 last night, fell asleep around 10:30 and woke up at… 5:30.
