Back to lose the baby weight

I’m back with a new account. I’ve used MFP a few times in the past and have always found the community and friends to be helpful in keeping me motivated and on track.
I’m 33, 5’9” and 165 lbs. My goal is somewhere from 140-150. I want my jeans to fit comfortably and to lose the mum tum.
I have found CICO to be really sustainable for me. I first joined MFP about 11 years ago. I had started a desk job and the weight crept up. I hit 176 and decided it was time to change. I ended up getting down to about 145-150 with MFP and exercise and was able to maintain it really well.
About 5 years ago I got engaged and decided I wanted to lose a few more pounds before the wedding. I set a goal of 140 and ended up around 135.
Then I got pregnant. I actually lost the weight pretty easily with my first baby. But then I had a second baby. She’s a year and a half now and I’m still carrying some extra weight around. It felt like it was time to do a bit of a reset and try to get back into some of my favourite clothes.
Anyways. I’m here. I’m posting for accountability. Open to suggestions of places to check out or feel free to reach out and connect if you can relate to my story.

Welcome back!
It sounds like you already know what you need to do. It also sounds like you're the kind of person that will stick to it. I wish you success, and I know you'll achieve it if you stick to it.1
