I stopped Starbucks (tough!) I now have an Atkins shake warmed up some days. I use low or nofat cottage cheese in quiches or frittadas. What substitions have YOU made?
I have always been able to lose that 5 or 10 lbs, except for the past 3 years. I think I am on the right path with more exercise and now tracking my macros (tracking calories didnt work!).
