Calorie adjustment showing as minus 1000? Baffled
Could someone please try and explain how I have a calorie adjustment of over minus 1000? I’ve read up on negative calorie adjustment and thought I understood it but this makes no sense? Surely it should be showing as +178? Thanks!!
