Could someone please try and explain how I have a calorie adjustment of over minus 1000? I’ve read up on negative calorie adjustment and thought I understood it but this makes no sense?
Surely it should be showing as +178?
Thanks!!

Well, Apple doesn't seem to be sending over the right number to MFP. Instead of 239 calories, it should be showing the number of calories you burned for the entire day up to 22:19.
Hence the completely wacky negative adjustment. Although I'm not sure what kind of strange subtraction/addition MFP is doing and how the all day Apple number can be so high based on 239 calories at 22:19.0
