im on track. i can say that. ive lost close to 10 POUNDS. and im so happy. its the most ive ever lost. BUT. heres the thing. im not sure if its in the "healthiest" way. i dont count my calories but i do eat very little amounts. and it makes me wonder if im eating a dangerous amount. still doing great though💀

is it possible to loose weight without going on a caloric deficit? this is a GREAT disscussion. its been on my mind for awhile and i wanna see what you guys think. yes i think it is possible but...i feel like it might be better for people who need to loose more weight. might be wrong here.

Im starving.
I have been on a low-carb diet for a few days now. At first I felt amazing and I thought yeah i can do this. It cant be that bad right? Fast foward to now, im so scared of carbs, eating too much, i feel like im going to develop a disorder. Im trying to loose 30 pounds but also feel satisfied. any help?
