Hey all Hope you are having a lovely day. Just to share I attempted a new chest session this morning and found it to be productive. X3 sets of 12- using seated Flys Machine (210 weight) 2 mins recovery in between sets X4 sets of 15 cable machine flys kneeling. 120 each side - 3 mins recovery between sets X3 sets of 10 -β¦

Calorie Burner
Today was a fab day - getting out in the old nine and hitting the road.. managed to burn over 1,000 calories which was great over a 40k bike run. I much prefer going a bike run for my cardio fix as opposed to running - just my preference ππ Have a great day everyone π x

Feeling the buzz!
Back to the gym today and clocked up new PB on both chest and triceps, starting to lift heavier and feeling a difference. Being patient and consistent is certainly the key.
