New & nervous here on myfitness pal
I must and need to lose lots of poundage...80 lbs be a great start. It requires my focus and work which seem to get sidetracked these days. I will not eat more than 1200 calories a day, 60 oz of water in morning and exercise 6 days a week on Mondays-Saturday. I need to SHOCK my family and friends...the time is now. Oh yeah…
