Walking Every Day
After walking only once a day for 30 minutes in the morning,‘I didn’t see too much progress. So i stepped it up and now walk three times a day for 30-45 minutes and last time I got 19,000 steps! My clothes barely fit me now, but I should add strength exercises as well.
