Just got done bulking wanna cut. How much cardio should I do?
I’m currently at 230lbs 14% body fat 6’3 29 years old. My goal is to get to 10% BF but I have a hard time retaining muscle mass and losing that last 4%. Any tricks and tips? I am a personal trainer and nutritionist so I have an good idea on what to do. Just wanted to hear someone else’s opinion. Thanks
