Just got done bulking wanna cut. How much cardio should I do?

I’m currently at 230lbs 14% body fat 6’3 29 years old. My goal is to get to 10% BF but I have a hard time retaining muscle mass and losing that last 4%. Any tricks and tips? I am a personal trainer and nutritionist so I have an good idea on what to do. Just wanted to hear someone else’s opinion. Thanks

I’m guessing you’re more than 14% at your stats that would be truly impressive. If you know your stuff you wouldn’t be asking here.

If you actually were 230 and 14% you would need to up your cardio and lower your calories while keeping protein high. Cardio would be mostly walking. Lower volume in the weight room while keeping intensity high. This is pretty much the blueprint most guys use.

Why do you want to get to 10% and do you intend to maintain there if you reach it? If it's not for competition goals, it sounds miserable. Coach Greg (Doucette) always recommends get to about 15% and maingain from there.

I’m betting this guy is more like 20-25% or more.

Lol coach Greg the most obnoxious person in the fitness industry reminds me of Gilbert Gotfried. I dig him though has some good stuff sometimes.

Lol, if I was at 14% I'd be happy all the time (I'm at 20% now). And it has been mentioned if you are a trainer, you should know what to do.
I competed back in the day but precontest dieting is way different than just trying to lose some fat because you want to retain muscle for competition. I will say that that type of dieting is completely void of just about any flavor in most cases and it's a long prep (12-16 weeks).
