I am needing some friends, advice and people to share our work outs with or even food diaries with. I have been struggling with the staying motivated and being held accountable. Also how do you make the time to squeeze in workouts while having to attend class online or in person.
Hello all, I’ve been on and off again with this app. Mainly because I don’t know what I’m doing and if I’m doing it correctly. Sometimes I lose motivation and I let it take over. I would love to make new friends on my weight loss journey. I want to lose more weight and maintain it.
