New and confused

Hello all, I’ve been on and off again with this app. Mainly because I don’t know what I’m doing and if I’m doing it correctly. Sometimes I lose motivation and I let it take over. I would love to make new friends on my weight loss journey. I want to lose more weight and maintain it.

    Hey Mia,

    Same here! New.
    I logged my food the first 4 days then completely lost momentum.

    Best I can do is log my weight.
    After that, I'm not sure what to do.

    I wonder if we're supposed to join a group or at least get a couple of friends/buddies so we can encourage each other?

    What do you think 🤔?

    Why not invest some time reading the stickies at the top of each board? The provide excellent advice on how to set up and follow through.

    Then spend some time asking questions around these parts. It sounds like you both have some!

    Tell me,do you invest time in other things: video games, reading, falling down the Reddit hole? Why not invest some of that time into yourself?
