Ok. New here. Cinda confused. I have my protine. Carbs. And fat set for grams allowed per day. When I start the week there correct. But by day 2 those goal numbers go up like it's a carry over from previous day left over points. Is this right. Thanks for any help.
Just wanted to say high. I am new to this app. I was currently on weight watchers and I have lost 79lbs in 5 months. At this point I am now trying to tone my body and am using this app for the help of calories, protines, and carbs to help with my goal. Thanks in advance for all help
