I’ve tried to add a meal which is a soup that I have regularly and add a bread roll and some vegetables, but when I click save nothing happens? Am I doing something wrong? Or is it because I don’t have the premium option on the app?
I’m mutual this and finding the logging quite labour-intensive for now, but I’m sure it will get easier once I get going. I’ve just used the BMR calculator to see what my BMR is per day, but the daily calorie allowance. The app is giving me to eat is far higher, why is this please?
Does anybody know how accurate the daily food goal is as on my weighing scales (Renpho) my BMR is 1130 whereas MyFitnessPal is telling me my goal is 1670. How do known which to believe as they are vastly different?
