I loved reading everyone’s goals. Very inspirational. I just signed up for the full version of MyFitnessPal app and I will be exploring it more and finding more tools to help me along the way. I have started with an online physiologist that sends me workouts to do at home. I don’t find it very motivating. But let’s see how…

New to the full access app. Hoping this will be my year. I don’t want to continue being over weight when I turn 50 next year. I need to stop blaming others for unhealthy habits learned and take accountability moving forward. Thanks for the support.
