Hi, I was wondering, when you see charts saying you should hit this target for dailys carbs for this diet or weight loss/ weight building goal etc, are they talking about that target being just complex carbs or both carbs and sugars as a whole. Completing entries
Hi guys, I'm confused about what completing food entry does, once your submit a completed food entry can you ever view it again?, and what happens when you complete an entry do you get a weekly graph or something?. Should i complete the entrys every day or just leave them as they are?

How can i add this item correctly?
Hi , I'm trying to add the uk brand 'Eat Lean' Grated Cheddar' in an amount of 70grams which based on this weight would have 1.4 grams of salt. I tried scanning the barcode, adding the the item from the database, and adding it manually. When i add it with 1.4g of salt, it comes in my food diary as just 1 gram. I tried…
