Hi I have been on the plan for a week, used to be quite good at keeping my weight in a good range but now 55 and struggling, weight has increased and fitness is something I strive to but can't seem to get back in a routine, walk my silly Dalmatian every day though πΆπ½ββοΈπΆπ½ββοΈπΎπΎππΆ looking for inspiration
