Hi
I have been on the plan for a week, used to be quite good at keeping my weight in a good range but now 55 and struggling, weight has increased and fitness is something I strive to but can't seem to get back in a routine, walk my silly Dalmatian every day though ๐ถ๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐ถ๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐พ๐พ๐๐ถ looking for inspiration

Welcome to MFP
Walking your dog is a great habit to build on.
Since you mention weight is building up, my suggestion is to start by faithfully logging everything you eat for at least a week. Youโll get a better idea of whatโs going on in your diet.
Stick with it. Find a group challenge that resonates with you and your goals.
