Starting off again
Hi everyone I tried MFP a while back and went off and did my own exercise regimen at a gym. Now I am pretty inactive, 59yrs old and a few kgs to lose and get back some muscle. Does anyone know of a good starting exercise routine as I am really unfit and have to start from scratch. Thanks
