I had this app years ago and like most just gave up but now I'm back and I'm determined and ready to go!!!!!! Taking all the encouragement I can get. Need knee replacement but ortho surgeon said quit smoking and lose 40 pounds and we'll get it done. We'll, anybody who knows about smoking and eating... anyhow, 50 days…
