I’m new to doing this I am a binge eater I work at dominoes making it easy for me to just bring home dominos and eat that for dinner than rather cooking and doing that I’ve gained quite a bit of weight I really need to kick the habit of what’s easy isn’t always best also tend to be a late night eater wake up in the middle…
