I'm a newbie here, My name is Carlos. I'm trying this fitness thing to see how it goes. I'm looking forward to meet my goals and challenges and lose a few pounds in the process. Lol
I've been doing a different variations of intermittent fasting to see which one would help me the most to maintain my weight. Right now I'm doing the 3 days fasting and see if by eating just once a day will help to maintain my weight. It is a work in progress until I find the right combination for me.
