Hi everybody !

I've been doing a different variations of intermittent fasting to see which one would help me the most to maintain my weight. Right now I'm doing the 3 days fasting and see if by eating just once a day will help to maintain my weight. It is a work in progress until I find the right combination for me.

    Finding the approach that makes maintenance easiest for you personally is an important piece of the puzzle.

    I'm an "eat all day" gal, but that's for sure not best for everyone.
