Currently around 134/135 pounds rn. How much can I safely lose before Thanksgiving? I'd preferably like to lose 8 or more, but I don't want to damage my health. Please let me know!
I'm 5'4 and 135 pounds rn. I want to go down to 120. I've started hitting the gym recently and I learned that consuming lots of protein help, but I can't figure out what my goal should be. Each source tells me a different thing. How do y'all calculate your protein goal?
