I have been working out and logging my food. I have been coming up short on carbs. About half of what my goal is. I’m also experiencing thigh pain and not losing my gut. Could my lack of carbs be causing the two mentioned above
Hello I am working out and burning 900-1200 calories. I am tracking my food intake and come up short on carbs. And protein. My thighs have been killing me as I am not eating enough. If I do achieve my calorie goal I am so full. Any tips. Should I eat more in the morning
