Carbs

Hello I am working out and burning 900-1200 calories. I am tracking my food intake and come up short on carbs. And protein. My thighs have been killing me as I am not eating enough. If I do achieve my calorie goal I am so full. Any tips. Should I eat more in the morning

Are you losing weight? Are you maintaining weight? Gaining? If you are maintaining or gaining weight, you are likely eating enough, regardless of what the tracker says. Losing weight and don't want to? Focus on eating more calorie dense foods like nut butters, cheese, all the yummy high fat stuff basically.

I often run a deficit of 8-900 calories or more (I eat more on some days than others, so it balances out).

I am utterly puzzled as to why you’d think this makes your thighs hurt.

I’ve got a passle of aches and pains, arthritis and exercise related, but none due to under-eating.

How long have you been undereating? Describe your activity? How are you recording your calorie burn?

How long have you been working out so hard? How many calories are you actually eating per day? Are you weighing and logging diligently and accurately?
