I genuinely don’t know where to start. I go to the gym, but I’ve heard that I need to be on a calorie deficit. I don’t know how many calories I need to take in though and I don’t always get the chance to make food so it’s even harder for me.
I’m not really sure how to start. I know I have to be in a calorie deficit but I don’t know what meals to have and how many calories I need to take I’m 147 and my goal is to get down to about one 127 I’ve been struggling with eating too much sugar and I wanna have motivation to stop eating sugar
