How do i find out what my maintenance Calories are
Hi, i’ve recently started my weight loss journey. I’ve been told numerous things about how many Maintenance Calories i have. But they are 2 completely seperate numbers ive been told i have 1600 Maintenance Calories but ive also been told i have over 2500 maintenance calories. For reference i weigh 110kg Can someone help…
