How do i find out what my maintenance Calories are

Hi, i’ve recently started my weight loss journey. I’ve been told numerous things about how many Maintenance Calories i have. But they are 2 completely seperate numbers ive been told i have 1600 Maintenance Calories but ive also been told i have over 2500 maintenance calories. For reference i weigh 110kg Can someone help and tell me what my maintenance calories are?

1500 calories for maintenance sounds extremely unlikely for someone weighing 110kg, that number sounds more like you potential BMR (but then again, you've given us very little info to go on - male/female, height,...).

I've seen this calculator mentioned often to get an estimate:

Whatever calculator you use, just be aware that it's an estimate based on statistical averages - you may or may not be statistically average. So the best way to know your true TDEE is to track your calorie intake for one or two months (or menstrual cycles, if applicable) and compare that with how your weight evolved (1lb of bodyfat is around 3500 calories).

Any calorie amount specified by this app or any other app is going to be strictly a starting point not meant to be perfectly accurate, however 2,300 sounds reasonable and maybe even a bit low depending on how active you are during the day, so to lose around a pound a week you’d need to eat 500 cal a day less than that.

The only way that you’re going to know is to go ahead and take in that many calories and then after a month review what your weight is doing and you can adjust calories at that point.

a lot of it also is going to come down to how accurate you are with counting and tracking your calories all week long consistently
