Automatic calorie goal changes?
Hi, I’m just over a week into using the app. I chose a conservative goal but yesterday the app automatically changed this to a calorie goal 300 calories less. Is this normal? I had some glitches in the morning trying to log in so wondering if it’s a tech error or actually if this is how the app works, making adjustments…
