Stomach Exercises after C-Section
Hi, I had a baby a year ago (1/9/11) and pushed myself too hard working my abs that I reinjured my c-section. How do I get rid of this baby belly without doing ab exercise? Any ideas? I have lost 58 lbs. so far and have 42 to go!, but it is getting harder and if I can't push myself without injuring my c-section I'm worried…

Hips and Elliptical
Hi, My hip bone clicks (bones hit or something) when I am on the Elliptical. It doesn't hurt, but will ignoring it eventually cause harm? I love the amount of calories I'm able to kiss goodbye on it compared to the tredmill, but don't want to have to get early hip replacement surgery!

BMI - It is frustrating me!!!!!
Ok, my start weight is 255 and my goal weight is 155. According to the BMI chart, I would still be considered obese at 155!!! This is super frustrating for me :-(
