Those Dance Games?
So I recently started those Kinect games, Zumba and the Dance ones. Im curious as to whether or not these are considered types of exercise, and if they are, what would I classify them as? Im not sure how many calories I burn, but I know that Im sweating and swore by the time Im done. So I know it has to be doing something.…

Hey all. Im Ashley, Im the mother of one 10 month old little boy, and Im new to this site. Im hoping to get healthy, and get back in shape.
