So I recently started those Kinect games, Zumba and the Dance ones. Im curious as to whether or not these are considered types of exercise, and if they are, what would I classify them as? Im not sure how many calories I burn, but I know that Im sweating and swore by the time Im done. So I know it has to be doing something. Thanks for your help!

I would guess some type of cardio0

If you have a heart rate monitor wear it while you play, that way it can track your calories burned :flowerforyou: And I would call it cardio or some type of dance0

Maybe high impact aerobics? Or the "general" dancing category (I take that to mean dancing like you would at a club)?0

Hi! I would usually log them as dancing, aerobic or dancing, general:)0

When I play any of the dancing games, I just log them in as general dancing in the cardio section.0

Oh! That's like cardiovascular. It's still working out, the only difference is your on front of a tv. {I think that makes it more fun.0
