Going for consistency!! How do I make friends?
I've been on this site off and on but I'm now starting to recognize the great benefits. Would someone please tell me how I make friends. Is it like FB where we request to be friends then wait for an acceptance? I really, really want to lose weight the right way this time! Thankful for all the encouragement I can get.
