Does grocery shopping count as exercise?
I added 30 minutes of slow walking (2.0 mph) to my exercise today, but I was grocery shopping. I was pushing the cart and walking, do you think this is accurate?

I'm looking for upcoming 5k events in the SW Florida area. By the time I finish up my C25k, it will be too cold in Jersey to run a 5k, so I'm trying to find some in the Ft. Myers/Naples (SW Florida) area. Any sites to visit or events that you're aware of?

How many calories do I burn scrubbing the bathroom floor?
Haha! Sounds funny, but it's serious. I have been vigorously on-my-hands-and-knees scrubbing the bathroom floor (nasty grout) for an hour now! Whew, took a water break, and now going back to finish up. What do you think? How many cals have I burned?
