gym machines UNDER reporting calorie burn??
I had always heard that gym machines tend to over report how many calories you burned. . .but I just got a heart rate monitor (polar ft40) and I've found that i'm burning way more calories (according to my hrm) than what the machines are telling me. Will your heart rate monitor work if you don't wear the watc
I have the PolarFT40. There's a strap and a watch component. If I wear the strap and start my watch.. but either don't wear it on my wrist ( wear in pocket) or leave it on a shelf in my exercise class . .will it still work?? I'm not allowed to wear anything on my wrists in class, but I really want to know my calorie burn!
