Just curious if anyone has done Insanity, what are your thoughts on it and would you share your results? I'm on day 3.... although I feel like I'm dying lol I actually am really committed to finishing it. does anyone have a good simple oatmeal recipe? I'm considering oatmeal and bananas.... I have Quaker oatmeal, the quick 1 minute one.... do I actually have to cook the oatmeal for this to get the benefits out of it? Or can I just dump the oatmeal flakes into the blender? Share your recipes! :smile:
