the way i feel...

feel like venting.... it's one of those months where i feel just HUGE! been saying im going to start jogging and im going to start exercising and eating better everyday and I just cant seem to get that push I need to start. I feel gross, I hate seeing my double chin... u would think this would all just motivate me.... i just can't seem to start :(

motivation... please!

    First off, STOP focusing on the negatives. You are just bringing yourself down and depression never helps motivate a person. Start small and slow. Food is not the enemy or the reward. Food is nourishment to make your body strong. As for exercises, start with stretches and a walk. Add in sit ups and push ups. Do stairs whenever possible. As the weight drops you get more energized and psyched and you will WANT to increase your activity level and continue eating healthier b/c you realize it makes you feel GREAT! Good luck!
