Hi All Does anyone know if there is a South African site like MFP? I am going back to SA in February and would like to keep my calorie counting up but I don't know where to find the calorie count in SA foods as they are not printed on the packaging?? Thanks so much Michelle

Hi there I have just joined and am suprised at the amount of calories I need to consume during one day. Please can someone explain why this amount is so high? I will find it really difficult to eat that amount of food in one day! Thanks so much
