Confused about exercise/nutrition
Hello everyone! I understand I need to eat the required cal than work them off......but if i am required to have 1200 cal a day and I gain 200-300 cals by exercise do I bank that or do I now eat 14001500 cals? I am just not sure if I intake 200-300 cals les than required if that will slow down the process rather than help…

Hi, I know breakfast is important but I i have never been a breakfast person I find it really hard to find the time and just not hungry at all.
