Equinox gym-goers: have you tried MetCon3?
Not sure if any of y'all go to Equinox gym (NYC, CA, Boston, Florida, Texas, Connecticut, etc.), but I just went to MetCon3 tonight at mine and it KICKED MY BUTT. Why do people buy products without reading the labels?
I just saw the Nutella post and decided to go read up on the Nutella lawsuit and it got me thinking: why do people buy food products without reading the nutritional information or, at the very least, the ingredients list? Is it lack of caring? Laziness? Shopping too hectic? Just wondering.

Is MFP telling me the wrong calorie target?
I'm a little confused between what MFP is telling me to eat and what my BMR and TDEE are. Using multiple calculators online (none of which I'm 100% sure is accurate, but that's why I did multiple), my TDEE is somewhere between 2279 and 3463 calories.
